10 point program

1. The first step is the joint definition of the objective and task of the planned training.
2. A placement test determines the existing previous knowledge of each participant.
3.  Via a needs analysis, which is integrated into our placement test, we determine the linguistic needs of each of the participant. As part of the quotation, this is done free of charge.
4. Definition of the required volume of teaching hours to reach the respective language target per prospective participant. 
5. Coordination of the needs analysis with the framework conditions, capacities and time schedules (07.30 a.m. – 09.30 p.m. possible) as well as location (inlingua seminar room or company-internal rooms) .
   
6. We will determine the appropriate learning material for you in accordance with the desired learning content.
7. Our qualified native-speaker trainers form the basis for effective and goal-oriented training.
8. Personal customer support and flexible assistance with needs and suggestions.
   
9. Setting the control and feedback elements which you require: attendance lists, intermediate and final exams, course evaluation surveys.
10. A comprehensive report at the end of each course module will give you the foundation for further course planning.
